Flour (wheat or your favorite gluten-free alternative)
Milk (or you favorite lactose-free alternative)
Butter (or olive oil)
Combine 1 part flour and 1 part milk in a mixing bowl.
Melt 1/2 part of butter and combine with other ingredients in mixing bowl. Gently mix.
Heat up skillet and coat surface with butter. Add batter in 1 tablespoon portions, flip when bubbles appear and remove shortly there after. Repeat with remainder of batter.
